Surfing around, it looks like the bike goes for as high at five grand, so no need for remorse…time to ride (after you get the tire replaced). Not a lot of miles on that tire for going bad, but I just blew threw a Sportmax Qualifier in 3,500 on a cruiser and I don't ride hard at all.
If the gearing doesn’t feel right for you, figure out what’s on it and then tinker with this online gearing tool:
Gearing Commander. I already checked, your bike is in the database. You’ll need a good deal of seat time to figure out gearing that ultimately works for you and this thing is helpful. I used it on my BMW and have submitted my Sportster because that’s next. Oh…right under the model, there’s a window to “select units.” Make sure you set the units to mph, because the site’s default is km/h and metric. Good luck!
