If you like high prices and overall unfriendliness, go to All American Powder Coating in Tampa located on Bearss Ave. They'll greet you with an insipid glare before they tell you their high prices. If you're lucky, you can get your invoice ripped up and thrown in the trash after you tell them you are going to shop around as the owner storms out of the room. Then the secretary can pretend to work as she occasionally glances up at you while you gather your parts and make an exit.

You know what? You can charge any price you want and treat your customers any way you want. It is a free market. But to me, its more All American to go somewhere else where I feel appreciated as a customer. High prices don't always get to me, but poor customer service with that combined, just gets my blood a boilin'. There's always another place to go.

I've been there once. The guy was a jerk off. I won't go back again. Try www.tampapowdercoating.com or www.ateamcycles.com in Zypherhills.

I really doesn't happen that often, but every now again someone gets under my skin and I feel the need to let it all out. This was actually a repost from ATVFlorida.com and it happened awhile back so I'm not that angry about it anymore. The guy is 10 minutes from my house so going back might be an option the next time I need powder coating.

Here's the outfit I was going to try next. Operative word "try." I haven't used them but will be needing a coater soon.

They're over by the Vet, north of Hillsborough.

Thanks. I'll check them out. It's tough because All American is less than 10 minutes from the house. Very convenient.

I stopped into A-Team Cycles in Zypherhills about a year ago. www.ateamcycles.com They seemed ok and showed some examples of the powder coating. The prices were less than All American. I'll have to make a few phone calls.

All American, the guy came out and said well that will be about xxx dollars, that will be about xxx dollars, and so on.. Then looked at me and said, "Now, ya got an idea?".. I thanked him for his time and left, wont be back..

Went to ProCoat Performance Coatings and got a written, itemized estiment.

Unless I'm dreaming, I thought there was a user review posted yesterday in that superpages link that doesn't seem to be there today.

p.s. Hey losman420...welcome to the forum. Glad to have you aboard.  hello2

It looks like the companies have the right on that site to censor their own feedback.
